I get pad Thai with chicken and Thai iced coffee. Expensive and very extra presentation wise but good food and I’ve never reacted even though I’m very sensitive. This made me not confident at all that they followed my gluten request if they did not follow the other - Some staff have no idea about gluten/celiac/allergies it seems now, so you're shooting in the dark hoping you get someone knowledgeable - and even then, those who have seemed knowledgeable have still left me with incorrectly prepped food - The food has not been as good less flavor, things being over or undercooked - for somewhere so expensive compared to a lot of other thai places, this is disappointing. ![]() yet every time the last several visits, tofu has been fully present in my food. The last couple of times I have tried to eat here: - At least one food item has been forgotten each time - Menu GF marks are out of date, as they've changed the recipes/suppliers for some items (some items are GF now but the menu says they're not as well, and also vice versa) - I've had to speak to multiple staff before someone had the knowledge to assist with my special requests (gluten & soy) - My order has been messed up every time lately beyond items being forgotten - I will ask for no soy, no gluten in detail, and even have begun specifying "no tofu" for the soy piece as I had someone working there tell me tofu didn't contain soy before. UPDATE : Sadly, Noi has really gone downhill in overall quality consistency and allergy precautions it seems.
